The case size has been updated to 42.3 mm from the original 41.6 mm. In a further nod to where G-SHOCK began and how far it has come, the bezel and band are, like the original, made with resin, but now bio-based. This material is expected to help reduce environmental impact.

The top surface displaying the “PROTECTION” lettering and “G-SHOCK” logo features a flat design faithfully reproducing the original model’s bezel.

Face design accented with red, blue, and yellow
