Fast forward a quarter-century from its debut, and the 6900 series has undergone a remarkable evolution, now epitomised by the covered metal model. Retaining the series' signature design elements – the rounded shape, "Triple Graph," and front button – the addition of a stainless steel bezel with a quality finish introduces a fresh interplay of colour, material, and texture. The outcome is a watch that exudes an original presence and individuality.

Form lines follow concentric circles, extending from inner to outer bezel. Button guards offer dual-sided protection, and a conical bezel bevel maintains a sleek profile, reducing interference with the wrist.
Three synchronised circular graphics enhance the LCD face, introducing features such as a stopwatch and seconds display – a testament to the ingenious face design achievable only in a digital watch.
By layering the dial on the LCD, design possibilities emerge that an all-LCD face cannot provide. Decorative elements such as coating, printing, and surface finish open the door to a diverse range of models with rich variations.
