The MWD110H: strong, reliable, practical
Casio continues to step up its general line-up, with the latest addition being the MWD110H. Launched in January 2023, this series is reminiscent of the W737H and DW291H with its rugged-style case, 100-metre water resistance, and approximate 10-year battery.
The MWD110H has that G-SHOCK 5000 model inspired design with a resin case and band, and stainless-steel bezel. Unlike the DW291H with its mineral glass display, the MWD110H maintains wallet-friendly design with resin glass, like most affordable Casio watches.
At 47.2 millimetres wide and just 50 grams overall, the MWD110H is smaller and lighter than the DW291H, making it more comfortable on the wrist of the wearer. Functions of the MWD110H include a front light button, dual time, one daily alarm, LED backlight, stopwatch & timer, countdown timer and target time alarm for the 1/100-second stopwatch, and auto repeat and progress beeper for the countdown timer. (The progress beeper beeps when the timer passes the 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1-minute marks, and the 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1-second marks.)
